Chateau La Pointe Saint Emilion 75cl

Château La Pointe Bouquey is a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, the vines have an average age of 40 years. Wine is vinified in the traditional way using concrete and stainless steel vats with 60% aged in oak barrels of which 20% is new oak. Production is 80,000 bottles with a keeping potential of 5-6 years.

A soft and well balanced wine with aromas of red fruits, cedar wood, and vanilla; layers of fruit on the palate are rounded off by silky, already integrated, tannins.

Pairs well with Grilled or roasted beef, Roast duck, Beef bourguignon, Lamb chops, Mushroom-based dishes and truffle-infused recipes.
Serving temperature 16-18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C < 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C < 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C < 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
