Clear, pale yellow robe with delicate hints of green. Very expressive with aromas of white flowers, pineapple, tropical fruit and mineral notes. Rounded and pleasant on the palate, finely balanced with notes of lemon and grape.

Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, goat cheese, fresh salads, and light chicken dishes.
