he grapes are crushed and gently de-stemmed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 28-30°C for 7 days, followed by 10 days of maceration on the skins. The wine ages for 12 months in large Slavonian barrels and then continues aging in the bottle.

Deep ruby-red with purple reflections, this wine has an intense, fruity bouquet with hints of plum and dried cherry. It is dry with a fine structure and outstanding roundness, displaying complex and persistent fruitiness on the palate.

Pairs well with grilled red meats, even horse meat, as well as matured, sharp and marbled cheeses
Serving temperature 16-18 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
