Alion Vega Sicilia 75cl

Alion is Vega Sicilia’s modern Ribera del Duero expression, crafted from 100% Tinto Fino sourced across elite Ribera sites. Each vintage is aged roughly 12 months in over 95% new French oak, with a touch of American oak. The wine delivers powerful structure and rich fruit ripe plum, black cherry, violet, coffee, graphite and cocoa balanced by polished tannins and a long, refined finish.

Excellent complexity on the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, liquorice and light menthol. Full bodied, wonderfully balanced, elegant and meaty on the palate. Concentrated cherry black fruit, silky, smooth, with hints of spice and fine mineral notes. The length is exceptional in this fine, elegant wine.

It is recommended to decant before serving. Can be enjoyed now or cellared; it should mature beautifully.||Serve between 16° - 18° C
