The stems are removed, and grapes are gently pressed to release their juice. The free-run must is separated from the skins before fermentation, which occurs in stainless steel vats at around 18°C to preserve fresh flavors and primary aromas.

Straw-yellow with brilliant reflections, this elegant wine features intense aromas of white flowers and green apples. Its flavor is superbly balanced and persistent, with a satisfying aftertaste.

It is ideal as an aperitif or when matched with seafood.
