Description
Sentito's Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards of between 5 and 20 years old on alluvial soils in the Lombardy region. The vineyards are mainly south and south-west facing at altitudes of between 200 and 300 metres. On arrival at the winery, grapes are soft pressed followed by fermentation at controlled temperature of maximum 18 degrees.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow to golden yellow, sometimes coppery. Fruity, intense, characteristic, sometimes slightly aromatic. Clean, dry finish with delicate mineral notes and soft fruit flavors.
Serving Suggestions
Pairs well with Seafood and shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta, chicken, soft cheeses or aperitifs.
