Schieferkopf Sylvaner 75cl

This wine comes from the Sylvaner's traditional region of production with writtings dated back from 1665. It is best appreciated with choucroute (sauerkraut) or a tarte flambee.

Pale yellow colour with green tints. Floral notes (acacia) on the first nose, then the wine opens up and reveals fruitier notes (quince, peach). Broad and supple on entry, with medium acidity. The palate is structured by aromatic freshness. Notes of white flowers on the finish.

Perfect with Grilled white fish, shellfish (oysters, scallops, prawns), sushi, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, asparagus, fresh salads, creamy goat cheese, mild soft cheeses, and light vegetable dishes.
Serving temperature 8 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
