Salmon Club is inspired by New Zealand Salmon Run. Every year, thousands of wild salmon arrive to the east coast of the South Island to run the Wairau River. Sauvignon Blanc is rich in flavour and complexity, this wine has all the hallmarks of a fresh and zesty New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Crisp and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with fresh gooseberry and zesty citrus flavours, balanced by subtle herbaceous and mineral notes. Clean, refreshing, and lively with a bright finish.

Fresh seafood (grilled fish, prawns, oysters), sushi, light salads with citrus dressing, goat cheese, grilled vegetables, and light chicken dishes.
