Freshness and Persistence of excellent white grapes. A structure stemming from the blending of white grapes from the Graves and Entre-Deux-Mers area to the south of Bordeaux, and from low-temperature vinification in oak barrels.

Pale and brilliant in appearance, with expressive aromas of citrus, white blossom, and pineapple. Fresh and succulent on the palate, offering surprising fullness, balanced acidity, and a smooth, rounded structure. Crisp and elegant with a refreshing finish.

Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, prawn ceviche, chicken salads, goat cheese, and light vegetarian dishes.
Serving temperature 8-10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
