The grapes come from clay and limestone hillside vineyards, offering excellent sun exposure and water retention for optimal ripening. The vines are Royat Cordon pruned to ensure balanced yields and even grape maturity, with rootstocks carefully matched to the soil conditions. 5 months on the fine lees in a stainless steel vat.

Brilliant and pale yellow with green tints. very open, we find citrus aromas and notes of grapefruit and ripe fruit. Broad and fruity on entry. Lovely aromas of ripe fruit, enhanced by a nice acidity, giving the wine good length on the palate

Ideal with oysters, crab, grilled shellfish, ceviche, or linguine ai frutti di mare, grilled chicken, soft cheese.
Serving temperature 10 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
