Blend of different Hermitage Terroirs, essentially sedimentary (fluvio-glacial alluvium, red clay and loess), and finely decomposed granite. Sectors of Le Meal, les Murets and Ermite. To ensure the perfect balance between ripeness and freshness, each parcel of land is harvested in several times by hand. Aged on lees for 10 months with occasional stirring.

Brilliant and green gold. Complex and subtle, aromas of quince, walnut, honey, ginger, acacia with a hint of linden-tree. Frank attack, without aggressiveness, final of almond, very elegant and good length.
