Description
Domaine Laroche is one of the largest vineyard owners in Burgundy, with offices located in the birthplace of Chablis: a ninth to sixteenth century listed monastery called l'Obediencerie, where monks made the first Chablis.
Tasting Notes
Nosing reveals aromas of white peach and lime over wet slate, oyster shell and gun flint like notes. Nicely fleshed in its feel the vibrant palate features pear and lime fruits along with some wet slate, oyster shell and flinty mineral characters.
Serving Suggestions
By the glass, as an aperitif or with seafood.
