Description
This wine is made by the traditional method of bleeding the juice off the Pinotage grapes after only the slightest skin contact, producing a classic onionskin colour. The floral bouquet leads to notes of cherry and red grapefruit, with a firm succulence and racy freshness on the palate. An ideal food wine.
Tasting Notes
Light salmon-pink in colour. Beautiful aromas with hints of blackcurrant, strawberry and rose petal. The fresh, medium bodied palate is well supported by an abundance of fruit and a juicy, lingering acidity. Good length and complexity makes it a perfect wine for summer foods and a good fit for any occasion.
