The Beach By Whispering Angel 75cl

The playful "little sister" to Whispering Angel, The Beach, is made from grapes sourced from amongst the most choice Vineyards in the appellation of Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Harvesting is conducted in the morning to help to avoid the heat of the day & to keep the crop fresh. The Beach is vinified in Stainless Steel, Temperature Controlled, Fermentation Tanks, remaining on the lees, in order to give texture to the juices.

Aroma Bright and expressive, with aromas of fresh red berries, accented by hints of lime and melon for a vibrant, summery nose. Smooth and balanced, with refreshing citrus and red fruit flavors, complemented by crisp acidity and minerality. Light and lingering, with delicate notes of peach and citrus zest.

Serving temperature 8 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
