Description
Chateau Minuty Cuvée 281 is the exceptional plot cuvée of Château Minuty. Available in very limited quantities, this cuvée is one of the best rosés in the world. The property takes the greatest care in the development of this micro-production of cuvée 281 is sublime.
Tasting Notes
The colour is very pale, slightly orange pink colour.
The nose: very expressive, we find notes of white flowers, peach and summer fruit.
The palate : The aromatic palette is impressive, notes of pear, peach and hints of honey. The proximity to the sea gives an incredible salinity and aromatic palette on the palate (pear, yellow peach and hints of honey). The plot is located near the sea which brings perfect iodized notes to this cuvée. The texture is velvety, the wines are very expressive.
