Description
Sentito's Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards of between 5 and 20 years old on alluvial soils in the Lombardy region. The vineyards are mainly south and south-west facing at altitudes of between 200 and 300 metres. On arrival at the winery, grapes are soft pressed followed by fermentation at controlled temperature of maximum 18 degrees.
Tasting Notes
Delicate salmon pink color. Fresh and fruity aromas of cranberry, cherry, red berries, citrus, and light floral notes. Crisp, light, and refreshing palate with balanced acidity. Dry finish with hints of strawberry, peach, and minerality
