Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, its pale color is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. A blend of the best free run juices and press juices, fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control.

Appealing floral light fruity aromas of strawberries, peaches and lemon zest. On the palate it is crisp and dry with note of peach, cherry citrus fruit and an exotic touch of mango.

Perfect with fresh seafood, grilled fish, sushi, Mediterranean dishes, summer salads and light appetisers. Also excellent served chilled as an aperitif.
Serving temperature 8 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
