Lostal Cazes Rose 75cl

A pale rosé with a beautiful freshness. Since 2011, L’Ostal Rosé is made from equal quantities of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) grown on the coolest terroirs of the Domaine and the Pays d’Oc region. In order to obtain its beautiful pale pink colour, the grapes are pressed immediately at low temperatures in order to reduce the extraction of phenolic and colouring compounds. All juices are racked before being fermented at a low temperature in order to preserve their full aromatic and quality potential.

Delicate with a ‘‘rose petal’’ hue, slightly salmon. The bouquet is pure, revealing aromas of white flesh fruits and small red berries. The palate is fresh with a nice liveliness (citrus zest notes).

Serving temperature 8-10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
