Fortant Terroir Littoral Sauvignon Blanc 75cl

These wines are sourced from selected vineyards located in the coastal valleys around Sete. The coastal terroir is sunny and bountiful, offering delectable, exuberant wines with flavours of citrus, red and tropical fruit. Boasting relatively young and rather fertile soils, this terroir, with the help of modern viticultural and winemaking techniques, is well-suited to bringing out all of the aromas and flavours of each grape variety as well as those produced during fermentation such as thiols, terpenes and esters.

This wine boasts lemon yellow colour tinged with green highlights. Its nose is intense yet fresh with notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Fresh on the palate with lovely flavours of citrus and a lively finish.

Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, or a fresh goat cheese salad.
Serving temperature 10 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
