Strongly aromatic with fresh aromas of lemon zest, and lime. Soft notes of white flowers, peach, orange blossom, and white pepper, combine very nicely with its very special minerality. In the mouth, it has a medium (+) body, with a nice crisp acidity. The minerality gives an extra complexity and creates a very special and enjoyable long-lasting aftertaste.

Serve between 12° - 14° C
