De Bortoli Family Selection Pinot Grigio 75cl

The juice undergoes hyper-oxidation before fermentation to achieve a cleaner colour tone. Fermented partly in aged French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged on fine lees for 4 months to enhance flavour, texture, and complexity. This wine is suitable for both vegan and vegetarian preferences.

Lemon lime citrus. Notes of lychee, pear and white peach. Round, full palate with lingering acidity. Textural finish.

Perfect for light, fresh dishes. Pairs well with baked fish or a light pasta dish.
