The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a delicate pressing. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of around 18°C. (64°F.), in order to preserve the wine’s fruitiness and all of its organoleptic complexity

The bouquet is intense and fresh, with notes of elderflower, banana, and golden delicious apples. It is delicately dry with a fine balance and enchanting harmony, and its excellent acidity highlights the wine’s freshness

Goes well in aperitif and pairs beautifully with appetizers, delicate first courses, and dishes preparation of fish, vegetables, and white meats.
Serving temperature 8-13 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
