Description
The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a delicate pressing. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of around 18°C. (64°F.), in order to preserve the wines fruitiness and all of its organoleptic complexity
Tasting Notes
The bouquet is intense and fresh, with notes of elderflower, banana, and golden delicious apples. It is delicately dry with a fine balance and enchanting harmony, and its excellent acidity highlights the wines freshness

Goes well in aperitif and pairs beautifully with appetizers, delicate first courses, and dishes preparation of fish, vegetables, and white meats.
