The vinification is performed in the traditional way. The maceration lasts between 24 and 36 hours and is followed by bleeding (this is the separation between the free-run juice and the solid parts). The wine is aged in vats and is bottled in spring.

Beautiful colour with deep ruby lights. Ripe fruits, morello cherry, grenadine. Round, harmonious, powerful with red stone fruits (cherry).

Ideal for the buffet table, spiciest dishes, oriental meals.
Serving temperature 10 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
