Description
The grape varitety is 100% Grenache. The soil is made up of chalky gravels and red clays. It was harvested at its maturity. The vinification is performed in the traditional way. The maceration lasts between 24 and 36 hours and is followed by bleeding (this is the separation between the free-run juice and the solid parts). The wine is aged in vats and is bottled in spring. Tasting notes: Colour : beautiful colour with deep ruby lights. Nose : ripe fruits, morello cherry, grenadine. Mouth : round, harmonious, powerful with red stone fruits : Vintage and Image may vary
