Description
"Ponca" is the name of the superb soil characteristic of Collio. A particular rock conformation alternating marl and sandstone. Grapes harvested in early September; fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks.

Deep straw yellow. Delicate aromas of ripe white fruit and wildflowers, with hints of hay and toasted almonds. Full, rich, mineral and velvety on the palate
