Clay-limestone on the surface with veins of quartz. East-facing. Aged in French oak barrels (400 litres) for 12 months.

A dazzling wine with a clear, bright, pale gold hue with expressive aromas of peach, citrus, and subtle buttery toasted notes. A rich and elegant wine with a dense texture, balanced acidity, minerality, and a long fresh finish.

Perfect with Bresse poultry in a creamy sauce, Mediterranean-style roast octopus, grilled avocado, grapefruit, pickled onions and lemon vinaigrette.
Serving temperature 10 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
