De Bortoli Family Selection Rose 75cl

The Shiraz was harvested in the cool of the early morning, following a short period of skin contact before pressing to achieve the delicate pale colour. The juice is then fermented in tank over 2-3 weeks at 15-16°C to retain the fresh fruitfulness of this wine. This wine is suitable for both vegan and vegetarian preferences.

Pale salmon pink in colour with suggestions of rose petal, wild strawberry and crisp red apples. A succulent palate with a smattering of sweetness and underlying acidity, providing symmetry to the mouthfeel and life of this wine

Enjoy a glass while relaxing by the pool or in the garden with a selection of afternoon appetizers. It is also an ideal accompaniment to a Salad Nicoise or Vegetable Terrine.
