Description
Since 1982, Gassier has been inspired by the exceptional terroir of Sainte-Victoire to develop his cuvées with an artisanal and creative approach. The vineyard, managed organically, is carefully cultivated according to environmentally friendly practices. Each plot is meticulously studied to adapt the cultivation methods to the specificities of each vine. Combining traditional know-how and innovations, each gesture is guided by the constant search for balance and quality, from the pruning of the vines to the harvest, to the vinification.
Tasting Notes
A bright, clear wine with subtle lychee notes. The nose reveals red fruits led by raspberry, enhanced by exotic hints of mango and passion fruit, with touches of vine-ripened peach. On the palate, it is well-balanced and generous, offering a round mouthfeel and a long, refined finish of peach and redcurrant.
