Chateau Des Ferrages Roumery Rose Magnum

Château des Ferrages is located in Pourcieux, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Maximin, in the prime plots of the Sainte-Victoire appellation. The coolness of the weather is one of its blessings. Whilst rosé wine was already being made at this 8ha Domaine, hillside plots were quickly identified to produce red wine, and others for white. : Vintage and Image may vary

Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of peaches and cherries followed by some wet stones and faint spice. Nicely textured the palate has delicious flavours of strawberries, raspberries and peaches over a background of wet stone and subtle mineral. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of raspberries, peaches, wet stone and spice.

Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with all summer-time dishes (white meat, platter of “charcuterie”, salads, melon, Asian dishes, grills, etc.). Also great for pizza evenings, as well as pasta.
