On the Salmon rivers of Asturias and Cantabria in Northern Spain there is a tradition that the first Salmon caught on the first day of the season is sold at auction. In 2018 it was a fish weighing over 7 kg caught on the River Sella and which sold for 11,900 Euros.

Dry, soft, fruity, with delicate mineral notes, crisp acidity and a pleasant aftertaste. Fresh aroma of wine is filled with hints of lemon and nuances of ripe strawberry and added accents of herbs. Organic Wine
