Tasting Notes
Lovely, delicate rose-petal colour. The nose is complex and intense with fresh fruit aromas of peach, berries, and citrus. On the palate, rich and rounded yet fresh, showing white-fleshed fruit, berries, and citrus, finishing with vibrant pink grapefruit notes.
Serving Suggestions
The ideal companion to an aperitif with tapas, shellfish, seafood and fish delicately dressed with a drizzle of olive oil, a traditional Provencal vegetable tian, or fruit desserts composed of melon, strawberry, rhubarb or even luscious peaches.
