The recipe is still a secret, and only six persons know exactly how it is made. It is a premium liqueur that is used to make refreshing cocktails. The story of Pimm's began when a farmer' s son, who went by the name of Kent, owned an oyster bar and served this special drink at his restaurant. It was a kin of gin based tonic that contained a secret mix of various herbs and liqueurs. It was meant to help and assist in digestion , thus giving it the name 'No. 1 Cup'.
