Delicate and refined with aromas of pear, muscat‑grape/white grape, subtle grassiness and light florals. On the palate: light-to-medium body, mildly dry but soft - gentle rice-umami underscored by fresh fruitiness and a clean, mineral‑tinged finish.

Lightly seasoned yakitori, grilled or steamed fish, shrimp and scalop dishes, tempura, sashimi and sushi.
