Sho-Une means "soaring clouds," Using only the finest rice "Yamada-Nishiki", and Nada's famed natural spring water from Mount Rokko, "SHO-UNE" has been brewed as the Supreme of Japanese Sake. This graceful Sake with fruity scents, velvety smoothness can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Gluten-free, Vegan-friendly.

Aromas of fresh fruit - pear, apple, melon, peach / nectarine, sometimes with strawberry / floral undertones. In the palate it is silky smooth, light-to-medium body, balanced - often described as "velvety," with a clean, slightly dry‑fruity finish.

Pairs ideally with rich, cheesy and salty dishes.
Chilled (10 - 15 °C), Room temperature (15 - 20 °C) or Warm (35 - 45 °C)
