Hakutsuru Excellent Junmai Sake has been brewed with a 250-year-old traditional technique of HAKUTSURU as our main product that has been getting good reputation from our long-loving customers. It is characterized by its well-matured, full-bodied taste and mellow reverberation. Can be served chilled, room temperature or warm.

Soft, delicate aromas of steamed rice, light floral notes, and a touch of fresh grain. Smooth and well-balanced with gentle umami. Offers subtle flavours of rice, mild nuttiness, and a clean, refreshing mid-palate. Crisp, dry, and elegant with a light, lingering softness.

Delicious with Chinese food, grilled meat, and creamy pasta dishes.
