Baijiu is a very popular brandy in China, traditionally consumed on special occasions and celebrating conviviality. It is obtained by distilling cereal wine, most often from sorghum but also from glutinous rice. Very tasty, baiju reveals powerful aromas. The Gujing Gongjiu Bonheur baijiu reveals intense flavours and a generous aromatic bouquet, evoking the orchid flower. Light in colour, it is soft and mellow on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
