Domaine Trenel Cremant De Bourgogne Sparkling 75cl

The Cremant de Bourgogne Trenel comes from the Burgundy vineyard of clay-limestone soils, the terroir of choice for Chardonnay. It is aged between 12 and 24 months on slats, a duration twice as long as that imposed in the appellation's specifications, which gives it complexity and great finesse. It is not dosed (without the addition of plain raw sugar).

A pale golden sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles. It offers fresh aromas of acacia, citrus, and exotic fruits, followed by notes of white flowers, pastry, and nougat. Extended ageing adds complexity and a smooth, rounded finish.

It goes beautifully with white meat or an old hard cheese, like parmesan. It will also go perfectly with a hazelnut and praline dessert.
Serving temperature 8 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.

Created in 1975, the A.O.C “Crémant de Bourgogne” covers the entire Burgundy wine region, from Chablis to the gates of Lyon. Crémants are produced using the traditional method: the still wine is bottled with yeasts and sugar, so as to go through a secondary fermentation.
