Description
Prosecco Rosé DOC Bottega is a Brut sparkling wine that originates from grapes grown in the province of Treviso and in Friuli Venezia Giulia, cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques that have maintained their quality and typicality unchanged over the years. Pronol Prosecco Rosé is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes
Bright pink with fine bubbles. Fruity aromas of apple, peach, citrus, and wild strawberries, plus floral notes. Fresh and delicate, with good persistence.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent as an aperitif or with the whole meal. Pairs well with cold dishes, caprese, medium-aged ham, vegetable risottos, fish, grilled white meat, raw fish, sushi, and pizza.
