Chill Bill Spritz from Riverina vineyards which are predominantly known for their flat plains and nutrient-rich soil. Rutherglen vineyards have a diverse range of gravel, clay and alluvial soil mix resulting in a positive diversity of fruit flavour profiles. This wine is suitable for both vegan and vegetarian preferences.

Bright, deep purple hue. Red fruited with a floral undertone. Soft and juicy palate with ripe coating tannins. All harmoniously tied together with a fine mousse.

Serving temperature 8 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C < 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C < 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C < 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
