Whiskey making at Bushmills draws on centuries-old distilling history, including a royal licence to distil whiskey, granted for the county of Antrim in 1608. Bushmills BLACK BUSH Irish Whiskey combines an exceptionally high amount of malt whiskey married with a lighter grain whiskey, and then matured in former Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. This unique recipe means BLACK BUSH has rich, fruity notes and a deep intense character, balanced by an incredibly unique smoothness.

Nose: Over-ripe grape and light citrus on the Nose. A touch of toffee and peanut.
Taste: Vanilla and milk bottle sweeties. Dried peels, chamomile tea, and cinnamon sticks.
