The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to our smooth gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.
Johnny Neill’s gin evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm by taking a firm Whitley Family favourite in rhubarb and placed a warm twist on this with the addition of fresh ginger.

Subtly tart with clear rhubarb influence. A twist of orange sweetness and herbaceous coriander brings balance to the palate.

Rhubarb Gin & Tonic
Mix yourself a fruity, summery spritz serve made with Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
Add 50 ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin to a balloon glass filled with ice.
Top with 150 ml premium tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ who is over 100 years old. Only the purest water is used and each of the nine botanicals are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
