Vivir Anejo begins as their Blanco and rests 18 months in ex-bourbon American oak bourbon barrels, producing a sophisticated spirit with smoky oak, burnt banana, and chocolate notes that still honor the agave's character. Double-distilled and made from mature agave plants, it offers a creamy mouthfeel with layers of vanilla fudge, cacao, orange rind, nutmeg, and clove-ideal for sipping neat, over ice, or in cocktails like Espresso Martinis or Manhattans.
