R De Ruinart Nv Brut 75cl

Ruinart Brut is a harmonious champagne, produced from a blend of pinot noir (40-45%), meunier (10-15%) and fresh chardonnay (40%). Created from 40-50 different crus from the terroirs of Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.

Ruinart Brut sparkles in chestnuts, yellows and golds. Fresh apple, apricot, almond, and hazelnut are complemented by hints of elderflower, coriander seed, brioche and biscuit notes. A creamy, rounded palate with ripe golden fruit finishes fresh and elegant with Chardonnay's signature crispness.

Recommend pairing this champagne with vegetarian cuisine and cheese. Try with Seasonal Vegetable and Goat's Cheese Tart. 
Serving temperature 8 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
