Now, the drink ‘Sundowner’ is an age-old cocktail that dates back to probably the 1950s. Many literatures books have the drinks reference in them. In colloquial British English, it is a drink enjoyed after completing a day’s work, as the name suggests, at sundown.

The Pimm’s variation of the Sundowner is fabulous. And we know that there are many Pimm’s fans out there. So, why not give this a go!

Steps

  1. Grab a highball glass.
  2. Put in your ice and pour in the PIMM”s into your glass and stir to combine.
  3. In your juicer (or a blend), juice and blend the lemon juice, orange juice and apple juice together.
  4. Add the combined juices to the glass, top it with sugar syrup and stir. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
