We are talking of whipping up an interesting version of Bloody Mary- but with beetroots courtesy Ketel One. Let’s make it immensely brunch worthy now. It’ll be so good, you would be asking for more. Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Ketel One Vodka

Steps

  1. To make a juice- take a juicer, take a whole beetroot and two ripe tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  2. Put them in the juicer. To the juice add a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, a small pile of smashed cloves.
  3. Stir properly to ensure the flavours have combined. Grab a glass, add in the required amount of ice, Ketel One Vodka, lemon juice and strain the juice into the glass.
  4. Stir vigorously. Salt the rim of the glass.
  5. Take a toothpick and poke in the pickled cucumber and sliced beetroot and use it as garnish. Enjoy your brunch!
