Subtle oaked vanilla notes of aged cognac and a delicate orange flavour

Grand Marnier is created from a secret recipe by Louis Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle in 1880. He was a connaisseaur of fine cognac, he blended cognac with a rare variety of oranges from the Carribean. By combining the complexity and mellowness of cognac with the essence of orange he creates his first famous liqueur. This delicate blend is then slowly aged in French oak casks to it the liqueur its roundness and subtlety. It brings out the flavours of prange flowers with scents of candied zests and toffee, enhanced by the cognac, orange marmalade and hazelnuts. STYLE: Liqueur, ALCOHOL BY VOLUME (ABV): 40%
