Fantinel Spumante Cuvee Prestige Brut is a Soft yellow prosecco with fine and persistent perlage, aroma of bread and flowers and lean and fresh flavour.
A precious cuvée of selected white grapes grown on the estate, obtained by Charmat method.
Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with citrine tinges. Vibrant, lingering, with floral notes on a delicate background of crusty bread. Attractive and elegant on the palate.
Serving Suggestions
Aperitif, excellent with fish hors d'oeuvres.
Serving temperature 7 - 8°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
