Description
A family spirit that has endured. For the Helfrich family, the adventure began in 1979 in Alsace, when Joseph Helfrich launched his business as a producer of wines and sparking wines. Since 2007, his ambition as a wine lover has been to promote Calvet's expertise worldwide.
Tasting Notes
A straw yellow robe with hints of gold. An intense nose with a typically Semillon bouquet and notes of Muscadelle. Well-balanced in the mouth which is unctuous and fresh on the palate.

Perfect with Foie gras, Blue cheese (Roquefort), Fruit desserts (apricot tart, peach, baked apple), Light pastries or creme brulee
