So, Ernest Hemingway really liked his Daiquiri. So much so that, he is known to have made this drink worldwide famous. Leave it up to the magic of the Daiquiri to know exactly how to impress a person who likes to indulge a friendly palette.

Now, Butterscotch Daiquiri is a little bit of a twist to the classic recipe, courtesy Bols. Bols Butterscotch on its own is considered to be quite sweet. But when this is paired and perfectly balanced with a phenomenal white rum and some refreshing lime juice, this Daiquiri will be off the charts!

Ingredients

  • 30 ml of Bols Butterscotch
  • 90 ml of Bacardi white rum

Steps

  1. Chill your cocktail glass prior to Daiquiri being made.
  2. Put all the ingredients along with some ice in a shaker.
  3. Shake for about 7 to 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  4. Fine stain the drink and pour it into the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy.
