Bombay Sapphire is a premium English gin of the highest quality launched in 1986 and has become one of the most recognisable and a truly iconic brand, with its distinctive blue bottle recognisable in bars the world over, obtained through a unique distillation process: the technicians distil the grain alcohol separately for three overall distillation cycles. Therefore, only the vapors of this distillation will be enriched by the penetrating perfumes of the ten botanicals located in special cells perforated in secret quantities.
Thanks to this particular distillation process, an adamantine-colored gin with a marked juniper aroma is obtained. The taste is soft and harmonious, embroidered with hints of licorice and angelica.

Light and piney juniper, with soft peppery warmth building. Subtle sweetness of sugared almond and angelica develops, still packed with herbaceousness.

Bombay Sapphire is a classic gin best enjoyed in Martinis with olive and other classic gin cocktails, and G&Ts with a slice of lime.
