A blend of rums from five distilleries, each aged between three and twelve years then filtered to remove the color. The rums are from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana, with the intriguing addition of some Batavia Arrack from Java, Bright lime flavors meld with warm brown sugar notes, and a funky, pleasantly spicy note on the finish, a stand out in the white rum category.
